(AFW – Ghana) – Commissioning of Newly 6- Unit Classroom Block for Nankando Primary School. A project funded by AWRA, Poland.

(Nankando – Ghana)- On Friday 13th of December 2019 a 6 unit classroom block which was funded by AWRA Foundation in Poland and built by Salesians of Don Bosco Anglophone West Africa Province was commissioned at the school premises at Nankando.   The Bishop of the area caught the sod to officially open the Nankando Primary school. In attendance were Mr. Sabastian, Mr. Adams, Mr. Roman and Miss Sofia from AWRA Foundation Poland, The PDO Director, Father Krzysztof Nizniak, chiefs from surrounding villages, staff of Anglophone West Africa Province, Nankando and surrounding communities, staff and pupils of Nankando primary school. The AWRA Foundation, Poland is made up of family and friends and has the objective of using their Community and Social Responsibility for the development of deprived villages and support of disadvantaged children. Stationery, teaching aids and balls were presented to the school whilst each pupil got a bag from AWRA Foundation Poland. Thank you to our donors for supporting our work with young people.
